Dominic has wide-ranging experience as a legal practitioner and consultant.
He has consulted for the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Oxfam Great Britain,
the Government of Ghana, the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED) among others.
Dominic is a member of the Tariff Advisory Board (TAB) of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Ghana, a body that advises the Minister of Trade and Industry on technical issues relating to trade contingency measures such as tariff review requests, safeguard measures, dumping and countervailing duty measures. He is also a member of the Ministerial Tender Review Board of the Ministry of Works, Housing and Water Resources.
Dominic is a lecturer in International Trade and Investment Law, Commercial Law, the Law of Contract, Natural Resources Law and Administrative Law at the
Faculty of Law, University of Ghana.
